The challenge: To create and transform highly technical information
that was to be accessed via the web by a broad cross-section of
the community of mainly non-native English speakers. Excess information
that was potentially alienating needed to be down-sized and made
engaging, easily understood and exciting.
The One2One solution: Short, sharp, powerful text that considered
the needs of ESL readers without IT or networking knowledge.

The Brunei Association of Banks
The challenge: To create and deliver courses that prepared full-time
banking employees for The Institute of Banking exams in professional
communication.
The One2One solution: A detailed analysis of the target examinations
and the needs of the learners resulted in courses that achieved
a very high success rate.

The Ministry of Finance, Brunei
The challenge: To cohesively re-write a broad range of material
sourced and written by every government ministry of the Brunei Government.
The One2One solution: The Journey of Brunei's Economic Development
was edited section by section with one point of contact at the Ministry
of Finance to streamline communication channels. The material was
supplied by a variety ESL writers therefore all the information
was re-written to make it less technical as well as more consistent.

Bristol-Myers Squibb, Jeddah
The challenge: To design and deliver a communications course for
Arabic speaking medical representatives who lacked the confidence
to sell to English speaking medical professionals.
The One2One solution: We designed a course which built up their
self esteem and taught them the language and techniques of persuasion
in English.

National Commercial Bank, Saudi Arabia
The challenge: To teach English speaking skills to bank tellers
who couldn't read in English.
The One2One solution: Bank teller/cashier language was taught using
pictograms rather than written dialogues.
The challenge: To train twice the number of bank employees with
minimum disruption to their work schedule.
The One2One solution: A self-study distance-learning programme
was created which allowed employees the freedom to study at their
own pace and in their own time.

university students enrolled in an exchange student program gain
entry-level positions in business or politics.

and developed to meet the students' individual needs.
